I went to Del Rey ENT Associates, specifically Doctor Sigari, because of all of the good comments I saw for him on Yelp.

I was not disappointed. Because of a crash into someone when I was on roller skates I knew I had a deviated septum many years ago, but I didn’t do anything about it. More recently I had trouble breathing, headaches every day, all day and trouble going back to sleep if I woke up. A doctor told me if I had headaches when I woke up in the morning, then my brain wasn’t getting enough oxygen. I looked on Yelp for a good doctor. When I went to see him he put me on an apparatus that showed the extent of the problem.

Dr. Sigari does the operation in his office, with the patient taking Ativan beforehand. I’m sure he gave me a local anesthetic (such as lidocaine) because I felt no pain during the whole procedure. My husband was invited to watch the entire operation and I was conscious throughout.

The doctor’s staff was extremely solicitous for me, calling to see if I needed anything and suggesting help if needed. They were more than solicitous, they were loving. The doctor himself encouraged their kind care. It was a very safe environment.

So he checked me in office visits a couple of times and then the healing took care of the rest. Now I can fully breathe, no more stuffy nose, no more headaches, and I go back to sleep very well whenever I wake up at night. For me, it is almost miraculous. I have Doctor Sigari and his staff in the highest regard. I know that he gives the same, very professional care to anyone who comes to him for help.

He deserves 5 stars.

I was having trouble with getting sinusitis multiple times per year, snoring (really breathing loud) and I had this funky smell I would get with my breath. I went in to see Dr Sigari and he explained to me that I had a “severely deviated septum” (much more than most his patients) and he questioned how I could even breath out of my nose. After he shared with me what a sinus/septum should look like vs what my X-ray/image showed, it became quite evident of how bad my deviated septum was and the impact it really was having on my breathing. The 3-D image also showed that I also had chronic sinusitis, which of course made sense. Dr Sigari highly recommended I consider the surgery, but did explain mine was going to be a little more involved.

I had the surgery the end of October (on a Friday) and now 5 weeks later I am so glad I had this surgery. Dr Sigari did an amazing job – he was not only extremely helpful explaining exactly what I was going to expect, but also provided me with his personal cell phone number in case I had any challenges. Of course, the first few days are a little uncomfortable, but I was flying on a plane 5 days later and hitting the gym gradually starting within a week.

I did check on Dr Sigari before I met with him and his skills are even better than his outstanding reputation. He also has an absolutely amazing bedside manner for a surgeon … most surgeons cannot get out of their own ego way to treat a patient with how he goes out of his way! So, if you are having trouble breathing, snoring, sinusitis, or funky breath, I highly recommend Dr Sigari.

Last, his office staff – They are wonderful! They make you feel at home, work with you and provide support throughout the process too.

FYI: I shared my deviated septum with my eye doctor before the surgery and she said that condition might also be the reason why my left eye, the same side as my deviated septum, was developing early signs of glaucoma … Needless to say, my eye doctor will be retesting my left eye for glaucoma again in January to see if the pressure has dropped.

I came in with trouble swallowing. They did an exam and started me on some medication that solved the problem pretty quickly. Dr. Kyle was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

On the admin side, they got my email address wrong like 3 times (and so never sent me the initial paperwork before showing up the first time). They also cancelled an appointment on me without notifying me (and not at my request…)–though they fit me in when I showed up anyways, so that’s all good.

It would be nice if they validated parking.

I wrote a review about my personal experience with Dr. Sigari on his other Yelp page. Here I will discus my grandfather.

I take my 93 year old grandfather here about once a month to get the wax from his ears cleaned. I have never seen a doctor be so respectful, kind, caring and patient before. He’s truly a blessing. His bedside manner and care are like no other!

Jacqueline the audiologist is also very patient and caring. My grandfathers hearing aids regularly get wax in them and she is constantly cleaning them and vacuuming them out for us.

This office is amazing. I recommend young or old go to Dr. Sigari. His staff is so friendly and accommodating to my schedule. There’s never a wait time and my grandfather always walks out feeling and hearing better then he did walking in.

Dr. Keojampa is by far the best ENT around. He sits with you, pays attention to your needs.
I needed surgery and he was amazing. Extremely helpful during the post op as well.
A warm hearted doctor like few are, and extremely skillful and experienced.

I found Dr. Keojampa because I was searching ENT docs on Yelp and found Del Rey ENT and Dr. Sigari, who is highly rated here. Dr. Sigari was booked for several MONTHS so I saw Dr. Keojampa at the same office and am VERY HAPPY!!!!

This doc helped me so much today! Very communicative, explained everything, did a minor in-office surgery to help me with a nasal issue, I called yesterday, was seen today, and was treated as if I had been a patient of his forever. Will add this and more to the Yelp page for Dr. Sigari since they practice together. GREAT DOC! Thanks so much, Dr. Keojampa!

Professional, Experienced and Educated. I had a tonsillectomy ( at 34 yrs old!) Sinus surgery and my Septum fixed and I was back to work after 10 days!!!! The forceps and style of surgery they do to remove the tonsils was a quick recovery. Thursday was surgery and by Monday I was taking regular Tylenol. I couldn’t have had a better experience with Dr. Keojampa and his staff. I have already recommended him and this style of tonsil surgery to s few people. 5 stars or more!! That recover time is worth so much as a working mom, and for anyone, Time is worth everything and having to be back on my feet so quickly was incredible.
THANK YOU!!

I found Dr. Sigari after I was experiencing chronic sinus infections for months. After 1 visit he was able to identify the problem and proposed a few different surgeries to repair my sinuses. The entire staff at the Del Rey office was very helpful in setting up my surgery and the whole process was very painless. After I recovered from surgery, I felt like a brand new person. I had had mild sinus problems for most of my adult life and always just dealt with them because I felt like they weren’t affecting my daily life that significantly. Now that I have had my problems fixed, I wonder how I tolerated my sinus issues for so long.

If you are having some sort of issue with your sinuses or throat, I highly recommend visiting Dr. Sigari. I always thought I was catching simple colds, but there were underlying issues that I wasn’t ever aware of. It doesn’t hurt to come in for a visit at Del Rey ENT, and you might find solutions to problems that you always thought were things you had to deal with.

I was pretty nervous about getting a septoplasty surgery. It’s not often that I would walk into a hospital, let alone have surgery done, so needless to say I wasn’t really looking forward to it. Reading about this type of surgery and watching youtube videos didn’t help either since they showed it needs bandages and all sorts of weird things stuck in your nose post op.

However, Dr. Sigari made the whole process painless and did a perfect job. Not only did I feel no pain at all after surgery, there is no packing/splints etc. to worry about. Walking out of the hospital, I looked the same as walking in, no visible swelling either.

So other people know what it is like, right after surgery your nose is a bit stiff with the internal stitches/sutures but you can breathe almost normally. The next morning the congestion started and my nose would bleed a little, but I was at home all day and followed the instructions I received, so it was manageable. The day after the bleeding stopped and the congestion started to get better. A couple of days after that, went for a post op checkup with Dr. Sigari, and after some decongestant, I was able to breathe like never before.

Dr. Sigari, his staff, and the nurses and doctors at St. John’s hospital were fantastic. I couldn’t complain about a thing if I tried and now I can breathe better. If you have a deviated septum, you should first check out Dr. Sigari and get it done right the first time.

Later the congestion hit! Yikes!! That is almost gone now 5 days later!! Gotta recommend if you have sinus problems. Go see Dr. Sigari!!! He’ll fix you right up!!! Really don’t know why I didn’t have it done sooner!!!

Absolutely excellent. In-network (Blue Shield), was able to get an appointment next day as a new patient, everyone in the office was friendly and easy to work with, Dr. S spent a ton of time with me and didn’t rush, he fixed my ear problem in the easiest (and cheapest) way possible, and he even helped connect me with a good primary care physician when I mentioned I needed one.
Did I mention it was all excellent? Oh and they helped me stash my bike since I didn’t see the bike racks.

Not sure which one to leave this review on since there are two, so leaving it on both.

Wonderful doctor! So blessed to have found him…was able to get an appointment quickly, and doctor addressed all concerns and helped with a relatively difficult issue, too! Thanks”””,

I came to Dr. Sigari’s office a few months ago never having been able to breathe through my nose and being chronically congested. He actually listened to what I had to say and was adamant about finding the best course of action for me. I underwent a balloon sinuplasty and septoplasty. The surgery was done in the morning and I was able to go home that same day. Everyone at the office was very accommodating and caring and made me feel like I was getting VIP treatment. Overall, I had a very good experience with Dr. Sigari and everyone at the office, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with ENT issues!

I researched different methods of tonsillectomies and discovered the Starion Thermal Fusion, Tissue Welding technology that Dr. Sigari uses, which reduces the pain and recovery time of the procedure.

– I live in SF and have family in LA, on a visit to LA, Dr. Sigari’s office worked with me to schedule a consultation time near my flight arrival (the doctor’s office is not too far from LAX), my family lived 45 minutes from the doctors office so this was extremely helpful and convenient. +1 for the office team.

– High tech office had a remote scribe taking notes.

– Jessica Porras + 1: she was on top of all of my questions and e-mails.

– Picking a great surgery center: St. Johns Ambulatory Surgery Center – clean, modern, great nurses.

– Dr. Sigari was very informative and always gave you enough information for you to make your own judgements.

– Dr. Sigari communicates with you via text post op (even over a holiday weekend) +1

– Amazing job on the surgery. The pain was very manageable compared to the horror stories of the traditional methods I read online.

– Warned me multiple times of complications I could encounter and what to do should I encounter them. Luckily, I didn’t have any.

– Remote Electronic Postoperative check up, I had felt pretty good about the whole surgery, again, my family lived 45 minutes away. I asked if I could submit photos for a post op, because I had to catch a bus back up to SF, he agreed and this save me a great amount of time.

I would highly recommend him and his office to anyone near or far.

I had an ear ache and was able to get an appointment same day due to a cancellation. The staff was friendly and the doctor was attentive. I was able to get my issue resolved that day in the office. An added bonus is that he travels to India and Peru every year to assist in operations on children with cleft. Its nice to do business with doctors that care and take time to give back.

Dr. Sigari and his staff are amazing! They cured me of my chronic sinus headaches by performing a one hour long balloon sinus dilation procedure in-office. It has changed my life! I can breathe through my nose, I no longer have headaches and I have more energy. This was seriously a life changing procedure…….best doctor that I’ve ever been to!

I’ve always had an ongoing problem in the nasopharynx area whether it was related to my allergies or sinuses. Dr. Sigari address my concerns one by one, giving me details about the problem and multiple options for treatment. He captured a CT image of my sinuses where I was about to see my sinuses, deviated septum and other structures. Overall my experience in regards to consultation. examination and treatment was outstanding.

Very professional, clean and on time.

I have spent my whole life suffering from sinus issues from a continuous runny nose to painful sinus headaches and chronic sinus infections. I never thought I would be able to live a normal life without suffering. I have seen many other ENT’s in the past and they always sent me away with a prescription for antibiotics and Flonase but I never got better. When I went to see Dr. Sigari within the first 15 minutes he was able to perform a CT Exam and immediately diagnosed me with not only a deviated septum but massively clogged infected sinuses. In other words…I was really sick and did not realize how bad it had become. I was able to have surgery within a few weeks and now I feel like a new person. My sinus issues are gone and I never dreamed that I would be able to breath better and live a sinus-free life. Dr. Sigari is unique in that he runs a premium practice. He has a CT Exam machine in his office and it only takes minutes to diagnose the issue. His surgery center is also attached to his medical offices which makes the surgery process very easy and convenient. Dr. Sigari is also a top expert in sinus procedures including balloon sinuplasty as well as the most complex sinus procedures–including mine. Plus he is genuinely a really nice person and cares about his patients. Lastly his staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and provide top notch service. If you have sinus issues or allergies….you only have to make one call and that is to Dr. Sigari.

Dr. Farhad Sigari really got me fixed up quickly. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem Amazing…..

Dr. Farhad Sigari has a wonderful way of explaining everything to you in a very clear, comforting and intelligent manner. He looks beyond the face value of the patient but also considers environmental impacts . He doesn’t force anything on you and let’s you take things at your own pace. I wish all doctors would be like this!

Dr. Sigari is cool, I like his confidence and he is a caring physician. I look forward to having my tonsillectomy with him.
